Every two years Pearl & Pine Retirement and all of our Signature Retirement Living properties participate in two surveys. One is completed by our staff, both front line and management, and the other is completed by our residents.
We are proud to say that we scored above average compared to others in the industry which is a testament to our staff, our programming, our buildings and our commitment to offering the best customer service you can find in retirement living! We are also proud to announce that we had 100% engagement on both surveys!
More important than the numbers however, are the comments. We do not have the privilege of knowing who made each comment however we do have the honour of reading each and every comment!

Our residence is the best as I have tried and checked and others have said the same. This residence has friendly, thoughtful, kind and eager to live people. So, it is the most pleasant for our senior years!

When I am busy I am able to bring to my room a nicely packed lunch/dinner. There is always milk and snacks in the kitchen area near the lounge – this is one of the best things about living here.

I love living here – service is super on all levels – I feel SAFE and that is the key when you live by yourself.
