Thank you to everyone that joined our Taste of Ireland open house. We had a wonderful afternoon with Irish pub songs and Irish inspired food samplings such as Boxty Pancakes, Dublin Coddle – Irish sausage, bacon, onion and potato and Purple cabbage & pecan salad.
