March is a very exciting month at Pearl & Pine Retirement. We have 5 Wednesdays which means 5 Excursions. At Pearl & Pine we try to find something that appeals to everyone! This month we have already been to a fun lunch at the Japanese Hibachi Grill. Our sold out excursion bus took our residents to have a lively lunch where the chef cooked and put on a show for everyone! A great day was had by all.
Still to come, we have our monthly trip to Fallsview Casino excursion. Each month our bus takes a trip down to Niagara Falls. Hop on to visit the casino or go for a walk along the Niagara Parkway. Last month a resident rode the bus down and had a lovely visit with her granddaughter who lives down that way!
The following week is a Men’s Pub Lunch trip. I know the guys are looking forward to a fun day out, some great camaraderie, and hopefully there will be some fun pictures to follow! Stay tuned!
On March 22, we hit the big city! Our residents have a sold out trip to visit the Royal Ontario Museum to see the Blue Whale exhibit that opens on March 11. This is apparently going to be a fantastic exhibit, one not to miss! #ROMBLUEWHALE
Our final excursion of the month is to the theatre. Pearl & Pine residents will leave early on Wednesday March 29th to drive up to St. Jacobs. Once there they will have a lovely lunch and see Singing in the Rain. Again, hopefully we have pictures to share in early April!
