Learn from industry experts, many tips and tricks to make downsizing to retirement living that much easier.  Do you know how to pack your plates?  What should you do with all your metal when you move?  A professional downsizer will help you understand everything from how and when to make the decision, packing tips and ideas for living in smaller spaces.  Then learn about why selling in the fall is beneficial, what the current real estate market looks like and how to maximize equity on the sale of your home.

Both parts of the presentation will offer time for Q&A.
